Volunteer

The American Lung Association of the Mid-Atlantic (ALAM-A) is a not-for-profit health organization supported by dedicated volunteers from all walks of life. The spirit and compassion of our volunteers provide the basis for the success of everything we do, ranging from tobacco prevention and cessation to environmental health and asthma management. Hundreds of volunteers donate their time and energy to our organization each year. However, the need exists for more volunteers. There are many different areas in which to serve as volunteers for the American Lung Association of the Mid-Atlantic. Volunteers play an important role in all that we do.
