The American Lung Association of the Mid-Atlantic offers a number of Special Events and Fundraising activities giving all participants the opportunity to raise money, support lung health programs and have fun at the same time! Most Special Events require pre-registration, with some day-of registration allowed. Not big on competing but still want to help, we offer many opportunities as volunteers.
Join thousands of people across the Mid-Atlantic by participating in these fund raising event. Put together a team of family, friends and co-workers or register as an individual to help us raise money to find a cure for lung disease. Money raised helps to fund asthma camps for children, educational programs, advocacy and research. Events are held all year round in a variety of locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Planned Giving
Planned giving is giving to charity that is coordinated with financial and estate planning to serve both philanthropic and personal needs. Vehicle Donate Program - Help Make a Difference
This innovative programs allows people to donate their used or unwanted vehicles to local Lung Associations in order to generate funds to assist in financing local programs which help to prevent lung disease and promote lung health. » More
