Radon Awareness with Airthings
Airthings, manufacturer of indoor air quality products that monitor and identify radon levels, is supporting the American Lung Association’s LUNG FORCE initiative and their efforts to raise awareness about the colorless, tasteless and odorless gas that causes lung cancer. Radon is emitted from the ground and enters homes and buildings through cracks in walls, basement floors, foundations and other openings. Radon can exist at dangerous levels inside homes, schools and other buildings. Exposure to radon is a leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. The only way to know if you have dangerous levels is to test for radon, and long-term monitoring offers the best way to know your overall exposure.
Airthings will donate $1 from each Corentium Home and Airthings Wave sold on Airthings.com through September 30, 2018, with a minimum donation of $25,000 to the American Lung Association’s LUNG FORCE initiative to support lung cancer research.
