Tell us a little about the work you do. Led the development and manage LUNG FORCE, the American Lung Association’s leading initiative to end lung cancer in women, and work with the marketing and branding teams to build relevance, generate revenue, while delivering on social mission of saving lives. How did you become interested in lungs? When my brother had asthma as a kid. And, knowing my mom wasn’t raised by her mother – her mother lived in a TB sanatorium until she died, in her early thirties.
What are your interests outside of work? Yoga, boating, biking and fishing…anything outside. Plus a keen interest in driving to/from dance studios and soccer fields.
What has been your greatest achievement? My greatest achievement has been parenting. It’s amazing to watch taking what I’ve learned at work about positive social impact, and to give my children that same sensibility and watch them use it.
Why do you need your lungs to be healthy? For my kids’ lives.
